Welcome back! It was so nice to see all the students' smiling faces today. Each week I will be updating my blog with homework assignments and other important information. The only homework students have this week is to return their signed "classroom policies" sheet by Friday, September 3.
Next week we will begin working with our Scott Foresman series. Students will read a specific story and have a vocabulary test on Thursdays and a selection and spelling test on Fridays. We read 3 stories from the Scott Foresman (3 weeks) and then we read a novel for 3 weeks.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me at jsaxton@oxfordcentral.org. Have a great holiday weekend!
