Good afternoon! This week the students will still be learning spelling words; however, since the week has been shortened, they will only need to know 10. The spelling test will be given on Friday. The words the students should know for the week are as follows:
1. ;however,
2. ;therefore,
3. necessity
4. truly
5. neutral
6. penalty
7. laser
8. plethora
9. foreshadow
10. gimmick
We will be starting Tuck Everlasting next week in class. A schedule that contains chapters to be read and questions to be answered will be sent home. If there is a snow day, the students will be responsible for the material that is covered on that day. We will go over the material as a class during our next meeting.
For tonight, students should write any misspelled words from their spelling test five times each.
