Good evening! We started our new unit in Social Studies today. You will find flash cards of key vocabulary terms in your child's folder. Please study these words with him/her throughout the chapter. For homework tonight students should write their spelling words three times each and complete Home Link 3.8. Our unit 3 Math Test will be this Thursday.

Good evening! Please remember that tomorrow is Hat Day! If you would like to wear a hat to school, please donate $1. Funds are going to Sandy relief. Next week we will have our Unit 3 Math Test on Thursday. Reviews will go home Tuesday and Wednesday.

Good evening! The weeks are flying by and the end of the first marking period is next Tuesday already! Next week we will be focusing on r-controlled vowels in Language Arts, the sun in Science, the upcoming election in Social Studies, and counting money and frames and arrows in Math.

2S is currently looking for donations of hand wipes such as Wet Ones and disinfecting wipes such as Lysol or Clorox. If you would be willing to donate any of these please send them in with your child. It is greatly appreciated!
