Good evening! Our Unit 9 Math Test is going to be on Thursday, March 29. Please help your child complete study guide numbers 7-16 for homework tonight. Students should also write their spelling words three times each.

Scholastic orders are due Friday, March 30.

Good evening! Our Unit 9 Math test will be on Thursday, March 29. A study guide will be sent home on Monday. Please continue to discuss area and perimeter with your child. We will be reviewing it again on Monday and Tuesday.

Next week in Language Arts we will be working on the long a sound using eigh and ei. Students should continue practicing spelling words with more than one syllable. We have practiced clapping out the word into syllables and then spelling each syllable. Each syllable has a vowel sound.

We will be starting Unit 4 in Social Studies and our plant unit in Science.

Good evening! We have completed Unit 3 in Social Studies! A study guide was sent home last Wednesday, and we will have our test this Thursday, March 22. We are also almost done with Unit 9 in Math. We will have our Unit 9 test on Thursday, March 29. A study guide will be sent home on Monday, March 26.

For homework tonight, students should write their spelling words three times each and complete the subtraction practice sheet.

Good evening! Since we are doing a Reader's Theater this week, we will not be working with Scott Foresman. We will be reviewing reading strategies we have worked on throughout the year.

There will be a Social Studies test on Unit 3 on Tuesday, March 20. A study guide will go home this Wednesday.

Students should complete Home Link 9.2 for homework tonight. Their Science Fair packet also needs to get signed and returned tomorrow.

Good evening! The Family History projects came out beautifully. We all have a lot of interesting information about our families!

Our Unit 8 Math Test will be on Wednesday, March 7. Students should study tonight and tomorrow night for the test. Students should also write their spelling words three times each.

Keep practicing spelling those multisyllabic words! Remember, for each syllable (clap) you need a vowel!
